The wainscoting we designed is a premium product . Made of 19 mm high-density MDF (used, among others, for the production of furniture fronts). The top is 1 mm thick oak veneer, finished in 3 ways to choose from:

- raw veneer - in this version we send raw panels, which must be finished according to recognition

- varnished veneer - ready for installation

- veneer patinated with walnut stain and varnished

The edges are chamfered (no need to mask the joints). The back is also in veneer - it prevents the MDF board from working.

Advantages:

- panels made with a CNC machine, designed and manufactured with attention to detail

- boards veneered on both sides, this element protects the material against bending

- thick 19 mm MDF board, providing a high level of stiffness

- 1 mm thick oak veneer

- the veneer is patinated with stain, which makes the grain more visible (applies to the oak walnut finish)

- the wainscoting is varnished twice - this protects the panel against moisture and gives it the appropriate appearance (does not apply to the version - raw veneer)

- each layer of staining/varnishing is followed by sanding, which makes the panels smooth and very aesthetic (does not apply to the version - raw veneer)

- chamfered sides, so there is no need to mask the joints

- possibility of ordering custom-made panels

- corner, internal and end posts made of solid oak, also stained and varnished (does not apply to the version - raw veneer)

- very simple assembly method

English wainscoting is a classic way of interior decoration. It gives character and elegance to rooms. It can be used in corridors, halls, guest rooms and even wedding halls. In addition to its decorative function, it also protects the wall against damage.

Assembly method:

0) the wall should be degreased and clean

1) use glue, place it on the back of the wainscoting panel and stick it to the wall

2) cut the edge elements to size or order a specific end size from us

3) if there are bends, you can use our corners or cut the panels at a 45% angle.

Comments :

1. Use an adhesive with a quick initial grip, e.g. titanium GT, available on our website.

2. Rooms where MDF paneling is installed should not be exposed to high air humidity, because the material will work.
